1. Hitting your alarm over and over again. It’s not real sleep when you do that.
2. Checking your phone before even really waking up. You are very likely to get stressed from the get go.
3. Putting off working out to sleep more. SO HARD NOT TO DO.
4. Taking a shower that’s not the right temperature. It’s not good for your skin!
5. Eating a breakfast high in carbs instead of fruits or grains. It’ll make you more sleepy than you would have been.
