I told this story one time on the air and have had several people messaging me asking for the recipe so here it is, lol.
I have a 7qt PowerXL air fryer if that makes a difference.
This is the marinade I used. In fridge for about an hour then placed shrimp in single layer in air fryer at 400 for 8 min. Served with garlic butter. I didn’t have tomato paste so I used a little spaghetti sauce just for the flavor. You do not have to flip the shrimp. They cook perfectly.
You also do not have to put in the fridge for an hour. I’ve since made them again and just brushed the marinade on top of the shrimp in the air fryer. You can season them any way you like, but just make sure you have a good amount of olive oil. That’s what makes them crispy. 🙂

▢ ⅓ cup olive oil
▢ 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
▢ 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
▢ 2 teaspoons lemon juice
▢ 1 tablespoon tomato paste
