7th Annual Running of the Elves 5k and Pancake Cook-off

Christmas Shopping will Kick off at Chamber’s Elf Run 5k
(Central, La.) – The Central Chamber of Commerce will hold the 7th Annual Running of the Elves 5k and Pancake Cook-off on Nov. 20th at the Central High School Football Stadium on Hooper Rd starting at 8 am. The event will include a children’s fun run, the 5k, a blood drive, activity booths and the competition for best pancakes in Central.
In addition to the athletic events and family activities, the Elf Run also marks the beginning of the Chamber’s Christmas in Central Shop Small campaign. Shoppers can enter to win $1,500, $750 or $300 prizes by shopping at participating businesses between Nov. 20 and Dec. 23.
