I was joined in studio today by Jordan and Lisa Tabor to discuss the Rain Will Bring Flowers Foundation which was created in memory of their son, Owen who lost his life to suicide in April.
Their initial mission was to break the number of walkers for the Out of the Darkness Greater Baton Rouge event this Saturday, which has been exceeded. They then hoped to raise more than $42,000 towards the cause which they have also exceeded.
The walk is this Saturday, October 7th at Pennington Biomedical Center. Check in is 9am, the walk begins at 10am.
