NEW ORLEANS, LA — Paul McCartney is officially hitting the road in 2025, and New Orleans is on the map. The music icon will bring his Got Back Tour to the Smoothie King Center on Wednesday, October 29, as part of a newly announced slate of U.S. tour dates.
The fall tour will see McCartney performing in major cities across the country, including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas; culminating in what’s expected to be a high-energy return to New Orleans. Fans can expect an unforgettable night spanning McCartney’s entire career, from Beatles classics to Wings favorites to his critically acclaimed solo work.
Tickets for the New Orleans show go on presale Tuesday, July 15 at 10 a.m. General public tickets will be available starting Friday, July 18 at 10 a.m.
McCartney’s Got Back Tour has already earned a reputation for delivering nearly three hours of music, complete with state-of-the-art visuals and a band that’s toured with him for over 20 years. His last performance in New Orleans was in 2019, and this return is expected to sell out quickly.
